The name BODAIJU is derived from the Manchurian Bodhi tree, which is rare in Japan and grows only in this area. There is also one big tree in front of the store. The restaurant is located near the Jakuchi River, where you can experience and enjoy the beautiful nature. Goryu Waterfall, which has been selected as one of the 100 best waterfalls in Japan, and Osugi, which is 1000 years old, are also nearby and welcoming to all.
Bowled rice with wasabi. We use local wasabi, which has a slightly sweet taste even in its unique spiciness.
Homemade leaf wasabi pickles are added to delicious udon noodles made from the famous clear water of Jakuchikyo Gorge.
