We make Kiku-chan miso which is certified by the Yamaguchi brand

In our group, farmers gather to manufacture and sell homemade miso and wasabi pickles using domestic soybeans and rice.
Agricultural products that have received the blessings of the clear stream Nishikigawa are all delicious. They are carefully hand-processed using the recipe of Fujii Kiku, who was called the “master of tsukemono.” And Tsukemono means pickles. Among them, Kiku-chan Miso is certified as the Yamaguchi brand and has orders from all over the country.
