    Mt. Shirataki-san

    It is one of the 100 famous mountains in Yamaguchi Prefecture, and the rock surface of granite is creating a unique landscape. There is also an observatory at the top, which allows you to take your time to enjoy the beautiful view. And, there is Shirataki waterfall, which is the origin of the name, on the way to the mountain.

    Mt. Rakan

    Altitude 1,109m. From the summit, you can see the Seto Inland Sea. Each course takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour to reach the summit, and on a clear day you can see Shikoku region over the sea and Iwakuni base from the summit. There are 88 Jizo statues along the way, as well as strange rocks, ranches, and campsites.
